Ingredients:¼ cup of butter½ cup of water¼ teaspoon of salt½ cup all-purpose flour
2 eggsDirections:1. Preheat oven 425 degrees F.2. In large pot bring water and butter to a rolling boil, stir in flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball, transfer the dough to a large mixing bowl using a wooden spoon or stand mixer, beat the egg one at a time, mixing well after each, drop a tablespoon full into ungreased baking sheet.3. Bake for 20-25 minutes in the preheat oven until golden brown center should be dry when shells are cool either split and fill them with the pudding mixture or use pastry bag to pipe pudding into the shells.Cream puff glazeIngredients:½ icing sugarPinch of salt5 ml cocoa powder10 ml of melted butter2ml vanilla5 ml hot water
