Starbucks Oat Fudge Bars

Ingredients:

1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
2 cups of flour
1 tsp baking soda
3 cups oats
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened condensed milk (less than one full can)
½ cup butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, in a stand mixer cream together butter and sugar.
  2. Add the eggs, mix the flour, baking soda and oats, and slowly combine egg mixture.
  3. Spread ¾ of the oat dough into the pan; use a spoon to spread the edges.
  4. On medium - low heat, mix together in a pot sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter and vanilla, pour and spread over oat dough. Top with remaining oats.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
